Roger specialises in sculptural metal forms, generally the work is inspired by forms from nature and especially sea creatures such as fish, sea horses and turtles.  Each piece is individually made and what you are buying is an original in every sense. Rogers work varies in size for its intended venue whether it is a small piece of hand made jewellery or a large scale piece of public art work.

His background has been rich and varied with an overwhelming interest in art and design, he began his career with a totally different approach beginning working life as a mechanical engineer at Rolls Royce but after completing his
training moved to Cornwall and began a new life as a painter illustrator, this work was used in various locations around the country and has been published in card form. Moving back to the midlands in the early nineties he continued with his art work at the University of Derby gaining a first class honours degree in applied art and design, since then he has worked on various projects such as public art works.

His work ranges from garden sculpture:- flying fish, turtles and sea horses that move with the wind, interior sculptural items such as clocks, seating, candleholders, public artwork:- archways, way finders and carved stone, automata and fine art work, small scale and jewellery items.
